Material description:
1. Armature: TISCO dt4c electrical pure iron
2. The Curie temperature curve is demagnetized without remanence
3. Copper base H62 copper, surface passivation treatment anti-oxidation
4. Brilliant material: Teflon tape, good insulation performance, in line with environmental requirements
5. The bayonet is made of imported stainless steel.
6. The armature was plated by electroless nickel plating, and the salt spray test lasted for 72 hours
7. The enameled wire adopts high-quality enameled wire imported from Germany, the temperature resistance grade is above 210 degrees, and the withstand voltage is more than 2000 v
Structure
Simple structure design, durable and reliable
Buckle and rubber sleeve parts reduce abrasion, extend service life
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: For holding electromagnet, in 7 days if have stock, or 10-15 days without stock. For push pull solenoid, it's custom product, will take 20-30 days usually.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, samples are charged.
Q: How to choose the model?
A: For linear solenoid, please inform us below:
• push or pull type
• dimension limit
• stroke & force
• duty cycle
B. For holding electromagnet, please inform us:
• holding force you need
• dimension limit if have
• duty cycle
Q: What's duty cycle?
Duty cycle = "ON" time /( "ON" time + "OFF" time), time at "second"
E.g. each cycle time is 10s, power on 2s and power off 8s, duty cycle = 2 / (2+8) = 20%. If you always power on, then duty cycle is 100%
